Contract vehicles give Obsolescence Solutions Center (OSC) the flexibility to quickly and efficiently respond to a broad range of customer requirements. These contracts cover a wide range of activities and may be utilized by many organizations within the federal government and U.S. military. The work activities include obsolescence engineering and technical services,
manufacture/modification/repair/test of ground support equipment, Test Program Set development, research, engineering design and development, program management, information technology, software development, systems integration, logistics, prototype development and other support.
